Our innovative products and services cater to a diverse range of clients, including schools, universities, sports clubs, and government organizations. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and proactively identify potential clients in the sports infrastructure industry through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our sports infrastructure solutions to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement with clients in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the sales manager on a regular basis.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote our sports infrastructure products and services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and technical specifications to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collaterals, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the sports infrastructure or related industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.

  • Knowledge of sports infrastructure products and industry trends will be an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
